Sometimes i just want to scream and rant and tell the world how possible and beneficial it is to live with a veggie/vegan diet.

I am not lacking protein,

I am not anemic,

I AM NOT WEAK,

I have consistent energy,

I have a lowered risk of heart disease (The #1 killer of women) blood clots, stroke, cancer, diabetes and so on.

But most importantly i am at peace when i see animals, knowing i do not eat them..

I could go on and on forever but these are just a few things that have been on my mind.
